BakeKit started as the internal tools for Naples Sourdough Company — a small-batch bakery in Naples, Florida that bakes every Friday and ships subscriptions across Southwest Florida.
The founding baker was tired of duct-taping Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Square, a thermal printer app, and three plugins together. Every Friday morning cost an hour of copy-paste before the oven even got hot.
So we built the thing we wished existed: one place for orders, subscriptions, bake sheets, labels, and payouts. Every feature ships to a live bakery first. If it doesn't survive Friday morning, it doesn't survive the codebase.
Now other bakeries can use the same platform. Same code. Same features. Same reliability. That's BakeKit.
